I’m proud to be a resident of Georgia’s 7th District.
The 7th is America at its best: a strong and prosperous community of people from every conceivable background. It’s an honor to live and work among you.
Unfortunately, our area’s energy and integrity are no longer reflected in our government. In fact, I’m just going to say it: our current leaders are shameful. Our president endangers and embarrasses us on a daily basis. Congress passes bills it doesn’t study and that it knows we don’t want. And federal agencies are repealing rules that have long protected our access to health care, the internet, the environment and more.
We deserve better – we deserve representation – and particularly here in the 7th, we’re just not getting it. So as a proud Democrat from Duluth, I’m running to replace Rob Woodall as congressman for Georgia’s 7th district. Because the true voice of our community needs to be heard in Washington.
During these past few months, I’ve listened closely to that voice, and it’s inspiring. Above all, it’s said, “We’re ready.” It’s said, “Let’s get to work.” And now we’re knocking on doors and making calls, standing up and speaking out – every day a step closer to Washington finally hearing us.
But there’s much more to be done, so we need you to join us on the campaign trail. United, we can give the next generation of American families the same opportunities that this beautiful country gave mine.
Let’s get to work.
