Get To Know Ethan Pham
I have lived in Georgia for most of my life. I grew up in beautiful Northwest Georgia, in a small town called Rome, in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
As a young immigrant to this country, I began working towards my brighter future at an early age. I worked my way through college as a restaurant waiter. Then after graduation in 2005, I worked as a software developer for a multinational corporation. When my parents both lost their jobs during the Great Recession, I took out a loan and bought a poultry farm in Calhoun, Georgia. It was hard work, with difficult physical labor, but it enabled my family to make ends meet. After law school, I worked as an assistant city attorney advising local governments on how to navigate our constitutional democratic republic. Now, working with my wonderful wife, I own a thriving small business and remain active in our generous and welcoming community.
Compared to some lifelong politicians, I may be a political neophyte. What sets me apart, though, is my knowledge and real-world experience. I have a solid understanding of the intricacies of government and its inner workings. As an outsider, I bring a fresh perspective, together with skills that can only be acquired through direct participation in the private sector. These strengths will enable me to be an effective voice for the people of Georgia—and to make Congress and our broken government work more efficiently for the people.
Join me! Together, we can create a brighter future for everyone.
